Single Hop Pale Ale series showcasing Comet Hops. Production of this hop ceased in the early 80’s, and we are just now seeing a revival of its usage. Fitting perfectly into this moderately bitter and slightly toasty pale ale, the balance of this beer is towards the late addition grassy, citrusy, and sometimes “wild” American notes of this hop.
