Poured from 16oz can into a tulip. This is a "strawberry-kiwi milkshake-style double IPA". 55 IBUs. Canned 8/23/19, so still pretty fresh!
Appearance: very hazy medium golden hue with two fingers of frothy ivory foam atop. Looks great!
Smell: malty, sweet, tropical, and fruity, with one of the better strawberry aromas that I've encountered in a beer. Whatever the hell this is, it is executed well.
Taste: tropical flavor up front with a sweet but pretty neutral malt base. The flavors include strawberry, for sure, but also a little papaya and pineapple. Kiwi? Hard to tell. Whatever it is, though, it's good.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: this beer is utterly insane, and I love it.
