Appearance: It has a nice jet black color to it. It has a nice thick creamy tan head that dies down moderately and leaves some lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of roasted malts, some chocolate, light coffee, vanilla and very faint dark fruit. The cherries are definitely hard to find.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some roasted malts, light chocolate/coffee, faint vanilla and the cherries are surprisingly more prominent here.
Mouthfeel: It has a medium carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by decent flavors and aromas. Probably the best offering I've had from this brewery. Nothing spectacular but still enjoyable.
