Pours cloudy straw very vigorous and quick rising carbonation, big puffy and white head with some staying power and initial lace.
Nose is yeasty, lemon citrus, some hefe like esters, mainly banana, with a grainy malt character.
Taste is moderately sweet, lemon citrus, banana, slightly sweet white bready malt.
Light body, verry very vigorous carbonation, finishes with a tangy like bite, with a little bitterness.
Interesting beer, it’s like some sort of hefeweizen crossed with a lemony lager.

Pours a nice gold colour with a thick creamy head. I can see the bubbles rising to the top. Metallic and bread on the nose. The taste is more malty than hoppy. Grainy with a Euro tinge to it. A nice Ontario Euro lager
