Slightly hazy pale yellow with a generous white head. Awesome retention and lace
Aromas of orange flower water, mango, and blueberry, but all very light
Very light on the palate with flavors mirroring aroma. Nice dry finish
Light bodied but fluffy textured, could use a bit more carbonation
One of the better brut IPAs I've had

12oz (2020 batch) can into a Teku.
Look: Pours a slightly hazy/muddy gold with a thin head of tight bubbles that leaves lots of fine lacing behind on the glass.
Smell: Overripe mango, green apple, pineapple, cantaloupe melon, mandarin orange/grapefruit, and a dry dank earthiness.
Taste: Follows the nose, overripe mango and cantaloupe, citrus and a dry resiny earthiness and sweetness on the finish which lingers.
Feel: Medium body, dry/sticky, effervescent.
Overall: A very good Brut IPA probably because the extreme Brut dryness has been dialed back in recent brewings.

Can, no date:
My first "burt" IPA, this is made with Pilsner malt with flaked wheat and rice with Mosaic, Amarillo, and Citra hops.
The beer pours a clear light golden, as expected given the malts. In the glass there is a light haze to the beer under a fluffy white, medium-to-large bubbly head. Sponge-like splotches of lace cling near the top of the glass, but not much further down.
The nose is sorta light, with a dry crackery malt note with a little tropical fruit note as well. There's a little rind or fruit skin bitterenss, and maybe an equally light dry grass note.
The beer does open pretty dry, with the crackery Pilsner malt flavor coming out, but not as full bodied as it can be. There's a hay-like aspect that comes with or because of this. Early in the glass, the carbonation is quite prickly, but this dies down a little before the end of the 16oz. A smoother feel comes with warmth, but one that does still get a peppering from the bubbles that escape their liquid prison.
A citrus to tropical fruitiness betrays the dryness to give the impression of a little sweetness. The hops have a little bit of a rind bitterness with some grassy-herbal aspects, but the beer doesn't end up too bitter overall. The dryness of it sort of replaces the bitterness as the counter to the fruity hop flavors.
Actually a nice little in-between of a hoppy beer that has large bittering agents to counter a malt base and the malt-driven late-hop addition NE IPAs. Quite enjoyable overall.
