16 ounce can pored into a willi becher.
Hazy opaque gold with two fingers of rocky, white foam. Head retention is good and it leaves a little bit of lace. Big tropical fruit, pine and pineapple aromas are ever present and inviting. More citrus flavor than the nose advertised, along with pine and a bit of the mylar/plastic flavor. Only lowly sweet to start with an aggressive grapefruit peel bitterness taking over and dominating the finish. The body is medium-full with medium carbonation and has a creamy viscous feel that is interrupted by hop burn. I would say a good, more bitter than sweet, AIPA with the exception of the hop burn which made it less enjoyable for me.

From the pint can, it pours a hazy amber color with a nice white head that slowly reduces as you watch. Lacing. In the nose, it is a mixture of pine and citrus. The flavor is pleasant, with notes of citrus and smooth malt. Nice.
