Great outdoor patio with fire pits. Had an exceptional quality Brut IPA and a decent quality stout. Tasty tacos and nachos. Really great place.

Now known as FH Beerworks - the East location is off Powers Blvd, south of Constitution. A bit hard to find.
Food provided by a food truck, which has a great selection of tacos. The deep fried avocados are a treat. Beer selection is a bit limited, but they cover most of the basics (IPAs, Wit, Pale Ale, etc, with a few interesting outliers.
Limited table service on the patio/outside seating area. Mostly self serve.

really radical spot here, right downtown too, how did i miss this place until now? very humble taproom, small setup, maybe just three barrels, and only a few seats at the bar. i was fortunate to be one of the few patrons in there on a thursday afternoon, i had the undivided attention of the bartender, who could not have been cooler. he knew a good amount, helps out on brew days, and was very informative. they had to have ten beers on, which is a whole lot for how small they are. a good mix of basic and very creative styles, my kind of lineup. i loved the madarin ipa but the others i tasted were all very well done. really enjoyed just kicking it with the bartender in here, and i had a fair few beers. humble vibe, i like that a lot, and a real spirit of innovation in some of the recipes. its obvious they know what they are doing. i am excited to see these guys grow up a little bit over the years, but they are already one of the top operations in the springs in terms of overall quality. i was impressed from top to bottom.

Brewery opened late summer of 2014. On the southern end of downtown's main strip (Tejon).
Relatively small, cozy place. Bar sits about 5-6 people. A couch sits in front of a big TV that was showing NFL game Thursday night I stopped by. Several tables along one side. Food truck out back.
Beers were decent. They do a regular IPA and a gluten free version. Tried the regular IPA. It looked really cloudy but tasted fine. They release a one-off every Wed.
Good to see another beer option in downtown C Springs.
