Clean, crispy flavor with biscuit notes of honey, citrus and flowers with a light body.

On tap at a Whole Foods near the brewery. Nice fresh clean smell and taste. Clear yellow, poured with a thin head but good lacing. Light, lemony taste. Very good.

Growler from Premium Draught in Houston. Poured into a tall Pilsner glass.
A: Pours a clear straw/yellow color. A towering white head forms with good retention and plenty of lace left behind.
S: Biscuit malts and light grains up front. Grassy hops and more of that wonderful malt character in the finish. Very simple, but really enjoyable.
T: Soft malt character up front. Biscuit and cracker like with a touch of graininess. Maybe the lightest amount of sweetness. A bit more substantial grass hop character with a light bitterness. Very nice.
M/O: A light body that is perfectly effervescent. Crisp, clean, and mostly dry. Downed easily. Very moreish, and all around really enjoyable.
Not flashy in anyway, very subtle and simple. Though no flaws that I can tell. Done with enough nuance to satisfy me. It might not be for everybody, cause probably not intense enough. I think this is really well done however.
