On tap at Central Market (Houston, TX), served in a plastic beer cup. Hazy yellow gold with a nice head of white foam. Citrus forward hops - grapefruit and lemon zest - play well with the lighter wheat body, with light spice and moderate bitterness keeping it crisp. Light and sessionable as an IPA.

Growler from Premium Draught, and first Thanksgiving beer today :)
A: Pours a perfectly clear copper/orange color. A two finger white head forms with excellent retention and lace all the way down the glass.
S: Assertive perfume like hops up front. Citrus, flora, grapefruit. A light sweetness in the background, even a bit of butter. A light and balanced bitterness lingers.
T: Again, hops assertive itself up front. The big floral, citrus, grassy, and grapefruit flavors. Some cereal grains, light sweetness, and butter balances everything out. Bitterness lingers. Subtle and enjoyable.
M/D: A light to medium body. Crisp carbonation, but a bit on the water/thin side. Easy and enjoyable to drink. The growler will be gone in no time, and I will be looking for some more.
Lacking just a bit of punch and body. Other than that, really enjoyable. Well done, and the second impressive beer from B-52 in as many tries.
