On tap at several places around Houston. Rudz most recently.
A: Pours a clear pale yellow color. A one finger white head forms and dissipates quickly. Light lace if left behind.
S: Clean malts, light biscuit aromas. The tartness is apparent in the nose. Not much else though.
T: Like the nose, very clean. Pale malts, light biscuit malts, and a lemon like tartness in the finish. Simple, and enjoyable. While not exceptional.
M/O: A light to medium body. Crisp effervescence, and clean. Not much more to note. Easy to drink, but wish there was a little more character, and the alcohol seems a bit high for the style.
While not bad at all. A good attempt at the style, but not among the upper tier. Enjoyable for what it is, and something I can drink more of. Though like I said above, not exceptional and I would gravitate towards this more if the alcohol content was in the Boiler Room range.

Poured on tap into shaker. Minimal head, gone quick. Clear pale yellow to look at. Smells, well not really like much, I know tart isn't a smell, but by smelling, I know it is. Taste, good tartness, good basic Berliner Weiss. I would keep this around to drink on every now and then, but wish it displayed a little more personality.
