This beer pours tea colored with burnt orange highlights. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves no lacing.
It has a nice, fresh strawberry aroma with some tartness.
It has a fair amount of tartness. The strawberry comes through in the middle and lingers in the finish along with pleasant acidity. The dry finish leaves me wanting another drink immediately.
Medium to light mouthfeel and dry.
It is a great Mother's Day brunch beer. Refreshing, fruity and tart.
