375ml bottle poured into a pilsener glass
A-pours a hazy golden color with a small foamy white head that has short retention and leaves nothing behind
S- smells of watermelon juice and toasted wheat, a hint of lemon and lactose
T- tangy watermelon up front mixes with some acidic tartness with traces of lemon, even some berry notes. Mid-palate gives some toasted wheat elements, the finish is more watermelon with a tart linger
M- medium body with low carbonation leads to an almost syrupy mouthfeel that continues into the finish
O- quite flavorful for the style but the mouthfeel almost became cloying by the end
