Poured from tap into shaker, nice 1 finger cream head, nice retention and lacing. Pale hazy yellow in the glass. Smells of saison yeast, fruity and lemongrass. Taste is yeast esters on the front , spicy and fruity, and the middle is lemongrass, I am almost thinking this is mislabeled. This is a milder genteler version of sorachi ace. Has a crisp spicy dry finish. Another great single hop from b-52.
