A: Golden, cloudy, juice-like, no head
S: Under-ripe peach, apricot, lactic yogurt, tart, light fruity sweetness, hint of oak and vanilla
T: Medium sour, lactic, generic stone fruit, light oak tannin, sweet peach
M: Light mouthfeel with appropriate carbonation for the style
O: This is very good. Seems that this brewery will be one to watch for solid sours just like Almanac
