Pours milky orange - thoroughly blended slushie or organic juice. Head is creamy, but would do better to hang around for longer to compliment the lactose flavors. Incredibly easy drinking all the same.
Though dominated by pineapple and tropicana orange, bitterness offsets the fruit to dry the palette and encourage the next gulp - and it certainly could be a session gulper if you allow it, the 9% being invisible. Left to warm, the vanilla is stronger, adding some complexity. Were it packing more of a punch along with the lactose, this might be a true standout.

An exceptional milkshake IPA from an unexpected place! Enjoyed on draft in Houston. Pours a cloudy gold, akin to the unfiltered pineapple juice it mimics. The flavors are a combination of pineapple, mango, and floral hops that provide some anchoring bitterness to what could otherwise be a pure juice bomb; the vanilla beans and lactose also contribute some additional flavor that prevents the fruitiness from being one-dimensional. Really nicely balanced.
