This year we brewed our seasonal lagers a bit differently and instead of lagering in stainless- we decided to lager the entire partigyle brew of Doppelbock & Festbier in Freshly Dumped Pinot Noir Barrels for 3-months- then cold conditioned in the cans. Leaving us with such wonderful results of a 7% ABV Festbier.
