Named for it's high starting gravity this Imperial Stout was inspired by Plato's dialogue, Timaeus. In particular the element of fire. Boozy, full-flavored, perfectly balanced with a hint of heat on the finish.

Pour is thick and jet black with a minimal, fizzy, deep cinnamon head. fades almost instantly
nose is roasted malts, toffee sweetness
Taste is roasted malts, dark chocolate, warming habanero heat on the finish.
Thick, creamy body.
