Typical hazy ipa pour, like pineapple juice in appearance, HAZY yes...anyway, ok.
Nose initially is a tropical punch but then it’s overtaken by booze, somehow.
Taste has the tropical fruit/ sweet yellow grapefruit and pineapple, and there’s some citrus. The booze is still there, but after a few sips nice pulpy tropical fruit juice makes this tasty- it’s sweet but a grainy bitterness balances it out. A distant flowery/ floral note also lingers nicely.
Feel is medium-thick and chewy.
Had to try a beer that costs $26.99 per 4-pack, but I only got this because the market in question had singles marked at $6.99/ ea. It’s good stuff, but I’m not sure why the high tag in general. I do like that the can shows they used a unique hop blend (never heard of any of them). A medicinal flower is the beer’s name. Can find very little info on it, and no info on the brewery’s own website. This and the other single (a stout) from them I can’t read about on their own site or even on this one. They must be that new? ... either that or they make tons of different beers.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
