DDH Double IPA with Motueka, Galaxy & Cascade hops
This DIPA was brewed with barley, malted oats, and white wheat for a bright yellow haze and creamy mouthfeel. Hopped with Motueka and Cascade for a mild citrus bitterness and double dry-hopped with Motueka, Galaxy, and Cascade to fill this beer with aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and stone fruit characteristic of the southern hemisphere hops.

Pours a very cloudy golden yellow color with a thick foamy head. Head retention is very good as is lacing. Aroma of passion fruit and citrus. Passion fruit on the taste with some citrus bitterness. Very mild dankness. Medium bodied with mild to moderate carbonation.
