Back in late 2018, we filled a puncheon barrel with a golden base beer, heaps of passionfruit puree, and a stellar mixed culture yeast blend. The result is a wildly effervescent and complex golden sour that overflows with passionfruit flavor and aroma. The passionfruit, golden base beer, and acidity meld together to create enormous mouth-puckering complexity.
