Looks hazy and yellow and with just enough inviting head. Decent lacing.
Nose is a perfume-like lemon zest with...something. Very interesting. Like a Pilsner walked into a grassy field or even a barn full of fresh hay.
Taste brings on lemon and the bouquet of hops that were just prior hitting my nose in a unique way. A slightly medicinal lemon-centric DIPA (triple per the can) making it a true “SIPA.” I guess the beer’s name on the can is fair in stating what it does.
Sure feels creamy enough, then very slick. Acidic and tart.
It’ ends up a sweet lactose-like hoppy beer, but if you love lemons and the prior description, you’ll like this way more than I did.

Pours a cloudy, opaque golden color with a thick foamy head. Head retention is very good, as is lacing. Does have a lemony aroma. Hard to discern anything else. Mainly lemon juice on the taste with some grassy hops. Somewhat bitter on the end. Maybe minty. Acidic. Boozy at the end. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
