Saboteur recreates the original English IPA style from the mid 1800s. More understated than the modern American IPA, the goldings hops from East Kent lend a spicy, moderate bitterness to the ale. it is followed by subtle toasted toffee tones from the malts, which also give saboteur its brilliant copper colour. Its light body makes this a great session beer.

Medium weak bodied, scent of hops and lemon, warm golden colour, bitter finish yet watery taste. A very average beer.

The Saboteur is a very good beer. It poured a fairly clear amber with thin white head that is leaving a lace. The scent is a nice combo of malt with hints of bittering hops. The taste is well balanced will malt present on the front with decent clean bitterness on the back. The mouthfeel is medium in body with good carbonation. Overall for those that like a nice meaty English style IPA...this is for you.
