Full bodied, unfiltered, double fermentation beer (turbid, contains yeast)... I.P.A. has a rich flavour, an intense character with a pleasant aftertaste and in addition to its origin... it’s a real CONTESSA...

Paramonas 22/7 2022. 33 cl bottle at Skala Restaurant, Paramonas Beach. Transparent layer with the name of the beer written vertically. As “Corfu Beer I.P.A”.
Pours slightly unclear with a huge white head. Settles as several cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma medium intense with light sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with sweet and tart citrus fruit. Pineapple and apricot. Clementine and sweet orange. Tart lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and a tad watery. Medium sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
Fine citric nose but a tad watery. Refreshing in the Greek heat.
