This is allegedly a Berliner Weisse but it came across to me as a light bodied carbonated hefeweizen. Maybe a hefe-berliner hybrid? In any case I liked it.
Look: semi-clear yellow hue with a two inch thick fluffy white head
Aroma: sourdough bread, banana, cloves, yeast
Taste: the flavor is banana, cloves, yeast, sourdough bread
Body/Overall: light body

L: Hazy, pale golden color, half finger white head, ok lacing, light carbonation.
S: Fruits, raisins.
T: Sweet-ish, watery, like cider. A bit malty on the back end.
F: Lots of carbonation, kind of like champagne.
O: Very interesting beer for sure but I honestly didn't like it.
