Paramonas 27/7 2022. 50 cl bottle from COOP in Agios Mathaios. Transparent label on dark bottle with logo and name of beer and brewer. Looks pretty good. As “Corfu Beer Bitter - Dark”.
Pours opaque dark brown with a big off-white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of dark malts mingling with tart and bitter fumes. Dark, roasted malts, toffee. Dark bitter chocolate, hints of coffee and a whiff of unripe berries.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger acidic, tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry with a citric touch.
Lives up to its name being both bitter and dark. Slightly unbalanced but not bad.

Rich foam clung to the mustache.
Nose is dark roast malts with a coffee back.
Taste follows. Premium ingeredients and really fresh.
Mouth is medium, leaning up high on the carbonation.
Overall, fine quality brew that caught my attention. Good stuff.,,

Cofee smell. Bitter roasted coffee taste and dark burnt malt feel. Easy to drink.

This English Bitter reminded me of London's pride.
Look: dark brown almost black with a two inch thick off-white almost mocca head
Aroma: caramel, roasted malts
Taste: some roasted malts, caramel, some sweet maybe fruity hops
Body/Overall: light to medium body
