Lightly carbonated. Tastes like if you mixed bourbon with a not so sweet cream soda. Real good, getcha a hard buzz if you drink even two of em quickly.

Poured from 12oz bottle into Chimay goblet.
L - Medium amber/cherry wood pour with a head that dissipates quickly.
S - Bourbon, vanilla, alcohol heat, wood.
T - Slight yeast tang at the leading edge moving quickly into sweet vanilla and a light bourbon.
F - Thin with very evident alcohol heat.
I would sum this one up as carbonated bourbon or bourbon soda. It's hot, and may be considered a weapon of mass destruction because of the ABV.
