Pours a really pleasant copper/rose color with a thick and persistent white head.
Smell is slightly boozy and has a minor wine like astringency.
Taste is similar to watered down fruit juice. There is a bit of acidity and a bit of sweetness, but it is all rather muted. Possibly some spicier yeast esters. There is a decent and complex taste in there but it comes off a bit watered down.
Similar to the taste the feel is dominated by a thinness that doesn't seem desirable.
Overall this isn't a beer I would try again. I guess I kinda see what they were going for but it just doesn't really do it for me.
