Snow Day Holiday Lager is copper colored, crystal clear german style lager and an easy drinker that is packed with sweet malt and caramel flavors. A bready backbone dominates the palette with some light hop bitterness to keep it balanced. A full lagering schedule leaves this beer light and crisp. This is the perfect beer for the most authentic and traditional German Christmas market in Cincinnati!
