This rendition of our year-round New England IPA at Braxton Labs sees an extra dry hopping that is loaded with a favorite hop of ours from Australia - Vic Secret. After double dry hopping, this hazy IPA gets over 4.5 pounds per barrel of Vic Secret hops! Often described as Galaxy’s younger sibling, Vic Secret boasts aromas and flavors of pineapple, passionfruit, and a touch of pine. Expect these loud flavor notes to blend well with the hefty helpings of Citra that Edge of Mysteries already sports.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has some whitish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a large patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass after it died down.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose along with notes of pineapples.
T: The taste has lots of flavors of pineapples and passion fruit along with notes of gooseberries. A light amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The Citra hops might dominate the smell of this New England IPA but the Vic Secret hops really shine through in the taste.
