This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.

This smells like dark chocolate, char, marshmallow, roasted malt, fruity brandy, caramel, cookie dough, and oak.

This beer was only in peach brandy barrels for a month it seems. The peach brandy character is mild, with just a hint of dried peach and generally fruity brandy character. There's more bourbon barrel here, obviously, and it's quite delicious, with char, oak, cookie dough, and caramel. There's lot of dark chocolate and marshmallow in the base stout, too.

This is medium bodied, rich, and creamy, with very little booziness, which is nice.

This works very well, and is an excellent bourbon barrel aged stout with a subtle double barrel unique twist.

Bottle from the brewery.
Pours a dark brown color with a dense brown head, good retention!.
Obvious brandy aroma and taste. I would say malty caramel is the dominant flavor.
I enjoyed this one a whole lot!

Brownish black with a mocha cap. Big peach brandy leading the nose with baker's chocolate, smoke, bourbon, and a hint of sassafras root. More boozy than anything, a bit harsh, roasted malt, smoky earth, and bitter chocolate give way to sweet peach and big bourbon. Feel is hot and sharp, otherwise the body is thin and light. Just doesn't have balancing elements to pull it off in more than an average way

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a quarter finger high tan colored head that quickly died down, leaving just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of peaches are present in the nose along with notes of brandy and chocolate.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of peaches throughout the taste that stand out in front of the underlying chocolatey stout and hints of brandy.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The appearance of this beer is very deceptive as it has lots of aromas and flavors of peaches and does a very good job at hiding the alcohol from the taste.
