Part of a balanced , barrel aged Breakfast box collection. Aged for 12 month in Kentucky bourbon barrels and swirled with cinnamon sticks and vanilla beans.

L:. Pours a thick oily black with almost no tan head or no lacing on the glass.
S:. Smells like a gooey cinnamon roll, lots of cinnamon and some nice sweet dough, a touch of icing, and very little bourbon.
T:. Lots of sweet cinnamon, notes of chocolate and some bready roasted malt, with a light bourbon. The taste is still fairly close to cinnamon roll.
F:. Smooth slick mouthfeel, bigger body.
O:. This beer is very reminiscent of a cinnamon roll, nicer when it warms up.

Pours pitch black with no head to speak of.
Aroma has dark chocolate with a hint of vanilla.
Taste follows the nose with some cinnamon coming through as well.
The vanilla and cinnamon notes are not overpowering, a nice experience!
