Medium black body with a finer of brown foam. Aromas were darker wood, bourbon, milk chocolate and vanilla, all about equal except the bourbon being more potent. Taste is a misfire: graham cracker and vanilla marshmallow come through right away but fade almost instantly, leaving the palate with harsh malt roast and hot bourbon, chocolate is faint in the background and made bitter as well. Not a s'more stout by any means. Feel is thin, hot with booze, roasted more than sweet, and generally weak in the body. Too bad because I have really enjoyed other variants

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a short tan head that quickly died down, leaving a thin ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass and delicate lacing covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bourbon and chocolate are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, but has stronger flavors of bourbon with notes of chocolate and hints of marshmallows. There is a light amount of bitterness and faint bits of sweetness.
M: It feels medium- to full-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The taste of this beer has a nice balance between the flavors of bourbon and S'mores ingredients but it's not a dessert stout. I found it to be incredibly drinkable considering its strength and no alcohol whatsoever was perceptible in the taste.

A Tavour treat. BBQ Imperial Stout with Vanilla and Cocoa Nibs. Pours a black color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is dark chocolate and vanilla. Taste is overwhelming bourbon with a hint of sweetness from the vanilla and cocoa nibs. Slightly bitter finish but overall pretty good.
