16 oz can

Pours slightly hazy golden, white head retains as a lacing.

Aroma of tart citrus, lemon and grapefruit, over saltine cracker malts.

Flavor is of tart lemon, grapefruit, maybe a bit of green apple, whispers of sea salt, and dry cracker malts.

Light to medium body, light carbonation.

Very drinkable and tastes good but a little one-note. I don't detect the sea salt very much and the grapefruit doesn't stand out much from the standard kettle sour notes. So by no means bad, but not very different from a million other very good sours. I'd drink it again but I wouldn't go out of my way to.

L: Pale hazy straw with three fingers of start white foam. Good retention to a thin cap and decent spotty lacing.

S: Oh man this smells like a household cleaner. Lemon pledge or similar. Deeper draws get salt and grapefruit and as the carbonation settles and it comes to temp it smells more like a grapefruit italian soda.

T: Similar to the nose. The grapefruit aftertaste is the highlight. It may actually be overly salty.

F: Light to medium weight, tart and drying.

O: It's a Gose for sure. I am a big grapefruit fan, and this is not my favorite. It is clean and captures the fruit.
