Our Edge of Mysteries New England style IPA is a fantastic house IPA. The DDH renditions get a lot of attention as the hop flavor and aromas are pushed even further. This edition gets the much sought after Nelson Sauvin hops - a unique hop from New Zealand that brings citrus and white wine character. This one is expected to be a fan favorite.

A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that has excellent retention properties and left thick lacing covering both the surface and the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of green grapes and white wine are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but is stronger and has additional notes of gooseberries. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA seemed to be a little fruitier compared to other beers that utilize Nelson Sauvin hops - I liked this because the flavors were a bit softer and it was a little easier to drink.
