Cream ale with lemon peel and vanilla
A classic blonde ale gets a dessert twist. A malt-forward base of 2 row pale, vienna and wheat is accompanied by the citrus forward El Dorado hop addition to the whirlpool. Fresh lemon zest steeped in the boil and conditioning time on vanilla bring together the ultimate lemon pound cake.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of vanilla are present in the nose along with notes of lemon.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of vanilla with notes of lemon.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and somewhat creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and has a nice mouthfeel but the aromas and flavors of vanilla and lemon seem artificial-like.
