Raspberry Pie is a light red sour Berliner Weisse with a fluffy, light head. Immediately, raspberry wafts from the glass and the taste, while more sour than many, is also of light raspberry. There is an astringent character as well. The brew is light bodied and clean, while being slightly hazy.
