Originating in a Seattle coffeehouse, this now-famous drink combines a double shot of espresso with chocolate syrup, orange peel, and whipped cream. Our attempt to imitate this tasty treat starts with an imperial milk stout - loaded with chocolate malts and lactose. Time conditioning on freshly roasted espresso from our friends at Kidd Coffee, as well as fresh orange zest and cacao nibs, provide all the flavors you’d expect - a perfect balance of rich roasted espresso and sweet chocolate and citrus.
