22 ounce wax capped bottle, 2021 vintage, bottle 0546/1200. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with not quite an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice and sweet, the brew smells like vanilla, pecan, bourbon, butterscotch and brown sugar. I think the taste is pretty sweet too, but there's also some roasted malt, dark chocolate and coffee flavors noticeable too. However the sweeter flavors do stand out here (without being overpoweringly sweet), it does nail the Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan for sure! Slight bitterness in the finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's slick and a bit creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew, definitely worth trying if you're into sweeter tasting imperial stouts!

1 pint 6oz bottle from the brewery
Pours a dark brown color with a creamy brown head, good retention.
Smell and feel is really nice. Tastes like advertised, bourbon and buttery pecan.
The taste is probably a bit too much on the sweet/nutty side.
Nevertheless, very much enjoyed the bottle with Mrs. Manta by the fireside last night.
