From the growler via the brewery in the snifter. This solid brew pours a luminous amber
with a decent head of white foam that settles to a thin ring with faint lacing. Nose of rum,
tropical coconut hints, candy sugars, and astringent booze notes. Flavors surpass the nose with
apple, peach, rum, candy sugars, light cracker, light white pepper, and subtle herbal notes.
Nice mouth feel; medium body, light carbonation, and finishing warm and medium sweet
with a moderately dry finish.
