Imperial stout aged for 4 years in Buffalo Trace barrels.
Look - Black and thick with a great thick tan head and incredible lacing
Smell - So much barrel with a slight caramel molasses roasted malt
Taste - When it's cold the beer is just ok but as it gets warmer it taste better and better. Probably around 50F or so, it's really opened up. You get a ton of barrel slight, as expected with a 4 year barrel. Plus a nice molasses vanilla caramel.
Feel - Thick with a very very slight carb
Overall - really nice stout. Complex with all the aging.
