From the 500 ml bottle in a snifter. This solid collaboration between Braxton and
The Party Source pours a chill hazed pale peach color with a nice head of white foam
that settles to a thick ring, thin swirling layer, and shows some light lacing. Nose of
stone fruits of peach and apricot, oak, faint bourbon, vanilla, cracker, floral hops, and
light citrus notes of lemon zest. Flavors pack it in with lemon zest, peach, apple, floral
and herbal hops, cracker, subtle white pepper, oak, vanilla, and subtle bourbon nuances.
Mouth feel is medium light edging towards light with medium zippy effervescent carbonation
that is light and refreshing finishing medium dry.
Overall----excellence as usual from Braxton
Cheers
