Double Barrel Aged Vanilla Imperial Stout

From the 500 ml bottle in a snifter. This monster pours a dark blackish brown with
a moderate head of khaki foam that settles to a thin ring and shows some nice legs.
Nose of heavy bourbon, vanilla, oak, char, dark chocolate, dark coffee hints, and
faint smoke amongst dark fruits. Flavors hit it out of the park with dark coffee and
dark cocoa layered on dark fruits mingling with vanilla beans, toasted coconut, smoke,
char, drenched in bourbon, nice oak, and subtle soy. Warmth gives a sherry note. Mouthfeel
is full, smooth, slick, coating, rich, warm, low carbonation, and a bitter malt finish.
