Only on tap, poured with a side pull in a designated glass.
They will tell you it takes 10 minutes and give you a half pour of any other regular beer while you wait.
The beer sports a big fluffy head with great retention. Typical pilsner aroma and taste. Nice sweet note.
Really enjoyed this one. 10min for a beer is a bit of a drag but it is worth the wait. This is a perfect pour, they really take their time to do it right and serve it. It is a real treat and just looks fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised finding this at Braxton.

A nitro pour that comes out all-foam and takes 10-12 minutes to settle (thus the name, which *this guy* figured out after the fact). Once that’s done, looks and smells like a Pilsner is supposed to (medium-yellow/nothing, respectively). Flavor is that of a fine craft Pilsner without crispness. Was definitely designed to be enjoyed inside a taproom and not next to the fire. Mouthfeel is the obvious distinct trait here. Try and enjoy and move on.
