A cloudy medium orange/gold fills the glass with a sticky white head.
Mild orange citrus aromas fill your senses.
The taste is a light sweet malt that suddenly becomes overpowered with a crisp biscuit wheat finishing to a faintly white pepper spicy finish.
You are left with a very clean and dry aftertaste making this a wonderful summertime brew.
Don't expect any German styled flavors from this wheat...no cloves, no bananas, not even bubblegum...just nice dry biscuit wheat flavors coming through from using American ale yeasts.
I like the lack of depth in this beer...I honestly enjoy the raw wheat flavors, spiciness, and drying that comes through here.
