This bold Imperial Stout is truly a Big Deal. Chocolate and black malt balance out this thick, rich, creamy, chocolatey, roasty brew topped with thick brown head. An ideal winter brew.

A: The beer is clear dark yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving only a thin ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of corn adjuncts are present in the nose along with some hints of apples.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of cooked corn with hints of apples. No bitterness is perceptible, but there are enough underlying hops to mask any apparent sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems a bit heavier in body compared to other beers in the style and is packed with a lot of corn-like adjuncts. It's not too difficult to drink and has more flavor compared to other beers in the style.
