On tap at the Riverside Cafe in St. Marks, Florida.
Appearance. Orange-amber colored body with a very good white head.
Aroma. Moderately strong overall but with low hop strength for the style.
Flavor. More appropriate hop strength here, mainly featuring piney and grassy notes with some grapefruit peel in the finish and lingering in the aftertaste.

I find it hard that this beer is considered and IPA cause it it so smooth. Maybe as a pale ale or maybe even an NEIPA I’d rate it higher, but if you are looking for that hop kick and intense west coast taste, this is not the beer for you. If yo want a more smooth soft feel this is a good beer for you, but would def classify this as more as a pale ale.

Appearance: Dispensed from the can a honeyed, bronze-colored body with a light haze from a fine amount of particulate matter. Slim, off-white head.
Smell: Apalach smells of whipped honey, crisped sugars, a light breadiness and hop accents of florals, grapefruit, lemon, subtle melon and dehydrated herbs.
Taste: Lightly bready and honey-tinged, though it's minimally sweet. Floral tones, sweat-glistening citrus peelings, mild melon and herbs. Slightly tangy flavor throughout. Medium bitterness. Its flavors recede and wash away for the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-light carbonation.
Overall: Fine if a bit hohum.

Poured from a 12 oz can.
L - Color is golden-ish for an IPA; slightly hazy. White head is impressive in size and and persistence.
S - Aroma is nice for an IPA; mostly Northwest-style hops emphasizing pine and grapefruit, but with low tropical fruit as well. Some bready malt at a lower level.
T - On the sweet side for an American IPA. Nice citrus hops flavors along with sweet-roll-like malt.
F - Medium to heavy body seems a bit too much for the style. Low but creamy carbonation. Medium hops bitterness. Very low alcohol presence.
O - This is a decent IPA that is somewhere between a Northwestern style and a New England style, given its sweetness and thicker mouthfeel. I'd probably describe it most closely as an American Pale Ale rather than an IPA. Nevertheless, it's a good beer that is enjoyable with no warts.
