Draft at the CBS picnic.
Dark brown with frothy tan foam and some arcs of lacing in the glass.
Aroma is boldly roasty and a little toasted nutty note in the background.
Taste is a little sweet upfront, becoming dry and roasty in the aftertaste.
Bakers chocolate and nutty toasted malt, fairly smooth and full bodied.
Overall it's a fine porter with no flaws. If there was an off batch previously, it's fine now.
I hope the staff was made aware of it at the time.

Taste: dark chocolate malt, molasses, smooth at first maybe a bit chewy. This beer needs to clarify a bit, I will taste in 2 weeks. Toasted cookie nose. Brown, opaque for now, head is small with some lace. Medium body. English porter I think.

Tasted in a pint glass from draft at Blue Nose taproom on May 13, 2017. Look is muddy and unappealing. Smell is off. Taste is bad. Feel is nearly flat. This is a mess.
