22 ounce bottle into a tulip snifter. Bottled June or July 2017, had 11/22/17.

Pours a kind of orange golden color, pretty clear, with a small, quickly dissipating head and a little spotty lacing. Aromas of Belgian yeast, bourbon, white grapes, wheat, oak, wine, honey. The taste is more bourbon forward- but not overly so, grapes, Belgian yeast, oak, light malt, wine, honey, some grain, a light sweet note on the finish. Smooth, a good medium body, appropriately carbonated.

Lots of flavor. The bourbon is excellent and the honey shines as well. Really liked the wine qualities that came through, although I’m not sure why. Solid effort from Blue Nose.
