Dobra Zupas is a great little restaurant and microbrewery in Beckley West Virginia. They have a nice variety of beer styles on tap and let you sample some in little flight glasses. I sampled their "Standing on a Corner in Winslow" IPA and "Dunkelstilskin" Dunkelweizen - both very good!!! I opted to go with the Dunkel since it was lower octane and I was driving. On draft, served in a weizen glass, this beer was a murky brown color with a small cream colored head. Average head retention and lacing. Aroma and flavor were spot on!!!! Malty, with some wheat bitterness and some mild cloves and fruit flavor, this beer was quite tasty. Mouthfeel was light and crisp - a perfect accompanyment for my Thai Chicken wrap and crab dip appetizer. If I ever get back to that area, I would like to try more of their beers!!!
