I find this beer scintillating in its scope.

16oz van poured into a pint glass
A: Burnt orange, 1/2 finger head
S: Citrus, grass, tropical fruit
T: Adds a lot of malt, otherwise matches the nose
M: Medium-bodied, a touch bitter/sweet
O: Decent but would be better with less malt

Poured from a can into a goblet-style class. Beer is copper/amber and slightly hazy. Thick ivory head that leaves some attractive lacing. Nose is cracker and malt, with some dank grapefruit pith. Taste follows the nose: malt up front quickly giving way to a grapefruitey hop finish. Very tasty and well balanced. Mouthfeel is good. Very drinkable. The guy at my local beer store said today when I was considering buying this beer, "It won't change your life, but it will make you happy." He was spot on. This is a well-balanced, tasty, IPA. Very easy drinking.

Pint at the brewpub.
Appearance: Cloudy cooper. Almost no head or lace.
Aroma: Very fresh. Clean cut grass, some tropical fruit, lemon.
Taste: Super fruit forward. Lemon, grapefruit, pineapple. Good stuff. Hoppy and flavorful. Not much in the way of malt backing but doesn't much need it.
Mouthfeel: Fairly easy drinker for a hoppy beer at about 6 percent. Some prickly hops on the palate.
Overall: Very nice IPA. Well said executed and memorable.

Above average, west coast style IPA with very evident Cascade and Columbus hop flavor.
Well-made and clearly a sister beer of the more alcoholic Ruckus DIPA. Fruity, citrusy, slightly bitter, smooth mouthfeel
